Ten podiums for Club Karate Asnà in Tarragona

The Club Karate Asnà de Valls achieved a total of ten podiums in the tenth Tarraco Karate tournament, which was played this past Saturday, June 4 in the Municipal Pavilion of the Serrallo in Tarragona.

The club from Valls won the following awards: 3rd place and bronze medal in male kata benjamí for Hugo Gonz'lez; 2nd place and silver medal in female kata benjamí for Montse Asnà; 3rd place and bronze medal in the category of male children's kata for the Karateques Roger López and Vadim Ustiak; 1st place and gold medal in the same category for Dani Maga'a; 3rd place and bronze medal in cadet kata for Sarah François Guasch; 1st place and gold medal for Cristina Vives in female senior kata; 1st place and gold medal in male veteran kata for Israel Maga'a. As for the kumite modality (combat) the Club de Karate Asnà won two gold medals plus that of the karateca Paco Valverde in the men's senior category and that of the sensei of our club, Alex Asnà, in men's senior less than 65 kg.
